材料:

salt 1/2 table spoon
icing sugar 30g
water 20g
flour 130g
餡料
butter 40g
apple(粒) 450g
honey/ sugar 140g
water 80g
corn flour 1 table spoon
lemon juice 2 table spoon
1) sugar + butter mix till creamy white, add in the rest ingredient
搓成團, fringe 30 mins
2) butter + apple 炒熟, add in sugar, corn flour water, 煮到有d 杰杰地
3) 批皮分2份, 一份做底, 一份做面
4) 上火 180~200°C, 下火 120°C
40~ 45 mins
